The mission of UCP of South Central PA is to advance the quality of life and promote independence and productivity for people with disabilities and challenges throughout their lives.  In keeping with our mission, UCP offers a selection of services for people with disabilities and their families.  UCPís services are designed to assist the individualized needs of each person and their family.
